For all of you who have been following my blog for some time now know about my passion for reading and with that comes the keenness to write too.
After writing for some time now, I along with one of my fellow mom blogger Seema are stoked to share with you all that we are starting a “Blog Away Blog-A-Thon” which will be quarterly writing journey.
Now don’t worry by the word quarterly. You have to write just 1 blog every fortnight. Very doable right.
Let’s know the Guidelines to follow:
- Participant has to write 1 blog every fortnight, that’s in 15 days.
- So, there will be 2 blogs a month, 6 blogs for the quarter.
- The blog should be posted by 15th and 30th of each month.
- It has to be a new blog as the whole purpose is to get you writing.
- Participant has to engage and share 2 fellow bloggers post on any one social media platform (more details will be shared on WhatsApp Group created once the list of participation is final).
- Engaging and sharing Host’s blog is mandatory.
- Hashtag to be used #BlogAwaywithSeemaandHansa in the blog and while sharing on social media.
- You have to add the line “This Blog is a part of Blog Away Blogathon hosted by Seema and Hansa”
There are no prompts or theme to follow as wish to allow the writer’s thoughts to flow freely and write what comes in their mind. It could be a short story, poem, promotional blog, guest post, book review, recipes, beauty hacks or anything related to your genre of blog. Just make sure that blogs are interesting.

This is really lovely hansa. Will surly try to join in month of March. Feb is bit hectic as I m already doing two other blog hops.
Wow that’s an awesome challenge of keeping the consistency of blogging. I have been writing 4 for a month, just trying so hard to keep up that ongoing consistency.
It is a great initiative by you. It helps budding authors by urging them to write as well as read. In the blogosphere we need to read more and write more to grow.
Bloggers should always support each other in growing. That’s how we grow. Together! Thanks a lot for this opportunity. It urges the authors to continue writing more and more. Great initiative.
I always participate in competitions and this sounds really great and for me feb is a bit hectic too. If it continues in March I’ll surely join!

Blog-a-thon will surely help bloggers to stay active in writing sector. Sometimes we just need a push to complete the task. Hope you start it next quarter too, will surely join in.

What a lovely idea. I would try to join this blog hop as it doesn’t have any specific niche. Most of time when bloghops have certain theme it doesn’t work as per our niche so taking part becomes difficult.
